MY FAVE ACAI BOWL RECIPE
You’ve seen the instagrams, you’ve heard the hype… Acai bowls are a purple bowl of what can only be described as a heavenly taste sensation. But what’s more, they’re so good for you! Acai is full of nutrients and antioxidants, and so are many of the yummy goodies you top them with! I first tried this uber healthy breakfast bowl whilst in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and it has since become a staple in my diet when I have a few days at home between trips. So in an effort to share more of the yummy foods I eat around the world, here’s the first WOW recipe and my every day breakfast ritual!

A delicious Brazilian fruit that makes for a refreshing summer smoothie bowl!
Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas
 - 2-4 tablespoons acai
 - ½ cup frozen strawberries
 - ½ cup frozen blackberries
 - ½ cup frozen mixed berries
 - 1 cup almond milk
 - generous dollop greek yogurt (for creaminess / remove without substitution for vegans)
 - Toppings:
 - Granola
 - Pecan Nuts
 - Shredded Coconut
 - Goji Berries (superfood!)
 - Honey
 - Chia seeds
 - Bee Pollen
